Starting your patient’s rehabilitation quickly and without delay is important. In most cases, we are able to see patients the next day after they call us, and in many cases the same day. If you have very specific instructions on how you want the patient treated, we will develop a therapy program tailored to those requirements. If there are any questions about the patient’s program or their progress, or if we think there is a treatment that might be especially helpful to the patient, we will contact you to discuss options. If you are less certain about the right treatment for the injury or condition, we will do a complete assessment and provide you with our recommendations for treatment. You can then decide what you feel is the appropriate treatment plan. And we are always available to answer your questions. We provide you with comprehensive evaluations that show easy-to-read charts on the status of the patient’s injury or condition and their progress, along with recommendations for treatment. This information is provided to you on a timely basis, and we can also provide you with other detailed information to meet your needs.
