A Note From Rosemary Kleiser...

Ever since I was in college, I’ve found the workings of the hand and arm to be fascinating.  I knew right away that I wanted to be an occupational therapist.

Even today, I still have the passion for treating upper extremity injuries.  Seeing the joy in someone who had a debilitating injury or condition recover their function and go back to doing the things they love to do is extremely gratifying.  I honestly couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

I started Kleiser Therapy back in 1986 because I wanted to treat people with hand, arm, and shoulder injuries with the same attention and expertise I would want as a patient. I wanted to have a clinic known for personalized care that achieves outstanding rehab results.  And I was blessed to have the opportunity to start a business that would enable me to do things the way I though they should be done.

Our motto is “exceptional therapy…outstanding results.”  Since we started in 1986, we’ve achieved excellent results with thousands of patients with all types of hand, arm, and shoulder injuries, from acute to traumatic, including amputations and replants.  

All of the Occupational Therapists and Certified Hand Therapists on my staff share that passion for treating hand, arm, and shoulder injuries.  With over 120 years of combined treatment experience,  we continue to develop new techniques and treatments that will help achieve the best rehab results for each of our patients.

I encourage you to look very closely at rehabilitation providers before you choose where you will go for treatment. When you compare them, you will find that all therapy clinics are not the same.  Most clinics do not specialize, different clinics will treat the same injury differently, and they won’t all achieve the same results.  I believe that Kleiser Therapy has the experience, the specialized expertise, and the personalized treatment to achieve the best hand, arm, and shoulder rehab results for each of our patients.

So if you really care about the results you will achieve in your own therapy program, choose the rehabilitation clinic you work with very carefully.  The place right around the corner may not be the best rehab option for you.
